Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. At Sublime Face and Body Bar, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list that would love to come visit us. If you do not cancel in advance (24hours), you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment. If we can fill your spot with a client on our wait list we will not charge you.
